Every time I go to a bakery and see the biscottis at the counter, I want to buy them. Especially if they have almonds. I find them super delicious. The only thing that sometimes stops me is the price. For some reason the Biscottis are usually expensive, maybe because they have almonds, so I always said to myself: “I’m going to prepare them at home,” and finally I did it. The truth is that they are much easier to prepare than I imagined, they do not required any exotic ingredients and in an hour they are ready to eat. On this occasion I made them as I like them, with chocolate and almonds, but you can do them without these ingredients or exchange them for others such as blueberries, white chocolate, peanuts, nuts, raisins or whatever you prefer. In addition, I also recorded a video, so you can follow me step by step, you will see that they are super easy to do! Preparing food at home is not only more delicious but much cheaper, too.

We put the dough on the table or table and give bread or pudding not very high.

Place the dough on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a while.

We cut sticks and place them on the baking sheet again for 10 more minutes. This second baked is to toast the biscottis.

Enjoy!

Oh wow ! This Biscotties look so yummy. And you’re right they’re so easy to prepare. I’m not a big fan of almonds so I think I’m gonna go with blueberries instead and I will let you know how they turned out .
