Every time I pass by a bakery and see those golden, crunchy biscotti at the counter, I’m instantly tempted—especially if they are filled with almonds. I’ve always found them delicious, but the high price tag often made me hesitate. I finally decided it was time to stop just looking and start baking them in my own kitchen.
To my surprise, making homemade biscotti is much simpler than I ever imagined! You don’t need any exotic ingredients, and in about an hour, you can have a fresh, crunchy batch ready to enjoy. In this version, I’ve used my favorite combination: chocolate and almonds, but these are so versatile that you can easily swap them for blueberries, white chocolate, or whatever your heart desires.
Baking at home isn’t just more delicious; it’s also a wonderful way to create cozy memories. Grab a cup of tea or coffee, and let’s get baking! If you’re looking for more inspiration, I invite you to explore more reflections and creative ideas over at my space, Aurora
